Skyrnik Lotus Biscoff:

Step 1 Line a 24 cm diameter cake tin with baking paper.

Step 2: Crush the spice cookies with the sweetener or sugar using a food processor. Instead of the cookies, you can add 100g of cookie cream.* Reduce the amount of sugar or sweetener to 100g.

Step 3 Add skyr, cinnamon, eggs, crushed cookies and potato flour to the bowl of a food processor.

Step 4 Mix until smooth.

Step 5 Pour the mixture into the tin and place in the oven preheated to 170°C.

Step 6 Bake for approximately 80 minutes. Leave the baked skyrnik to cool completely.

Step 7: Gently warm the cookie dough, then spread it over the skyrnik. Garnish with cookies.
