Preparing the meringue for the Banoffee Pavlova:
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Step 2 Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 3: Towards the end of beating, gradually add the sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form and the mixture is glossy.
Step 4: Then add a tablespoon of vinegar and mix. Finally, add the sifted starch and gently mix everything together.
