Milk and fruit brioche recipe

To prepare these milk and fruit brioches, combine the ingredients in a bowl, adding the sifted flour, sugar, and egg, and mix gradually.

Then add the oil, the grated lemon zest, and finally the baking powder. Mix everything well until you get a smooth, lump-free dough.

Then we work the dough on a work surface and incorporate the chosen fruit, dividing it into balls of equal weight of about 70 grams.

Place them in small brioche molds, oil them well, and then brush them with milk.

Add the granulated sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven once cooked and let cool before removing from the pan. Serve on a serving platter and enjoy.

Enjoy your break or breakfast!
