Better than porridge, but I make everything with chia seeds

With this recipe, your breakfast will become a real wonder: it's a very light dish that you can also prepare in place of porridge, so you can start the day off right without worrying too much about calories.

Eating a healthy breakfast has become a dilemma for many of us, especially when we have to account for the meal's calorie allowance. Many people have opted for a simple breakfast dish like porridge, made primarily with oatmeal and yogurt.

However, there is another option you can consider, thanks to a quick and practical recipe I'm about to share with you: chia pudding, equally easy to prepare and excellent for a healthy, tasty, and low-fat breakfast.

Chia pudding recipe

Chia seeds have become an important part of our diet in recent years. Rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fats, they help control inflammation and promote nervous system development, reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. That's why it's important to include them in your breakfast. Today I'll show you how to make chia seed pudding. Here are the ingredients you'll need:

130 ml of plant-based almond milk, 20 g of maple syrup, 20 g of chia seeds, blanched almond flakes, blueberries.

Here's how to make chia seed pudding

Divide the chia seeds equally between two glasses, then add the almond milk and mix well. Add the maple syrup and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.

During this time, the chia seeds and milk will solidify and become particularly creamy. The next morning, complete the pudding by adding the blanched almond flakes and blueberries to the top.

Your breakfast is ready to enjoy. This delicious and flavorful dessert can be customized by substituting soy milk for the almond milk or adding other ingredients to your liking.
