Cooking: oven, 180° for 20-25 minutes.

  • a 22 cm diameter mold
  • Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 16 g vanilla baking powder
  • 3 large egg whites
  • a tablespoon + 2/3 of a tablespoon of bitter cocoa powder
  • 3 and a half tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 14 tablespoons of semi-skimmed milk
  • 25 ml of seed oil
  • a few drops of chocolate
  • 8 and a half tablespoons of cake flour

Light chocolate cake, procedure

In a bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir in the oil, honey, milk, chocolate chips, and finally, the beaten egg whites.

Transfer the smooth mixture into a 22 cm diameter mold, level the surface and bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
