Recipe for sausage and Kiri cheese bites

Recipe for sausage and Kiri cheese bites

I love homemade appetizers, I find them so good and practical, to be served warm to bring out the "smoky" taste of the sausage.

Ingredients · Servings 7
  • 2 eggs
  • 18cl of milk
  • 60g of flour
  • 80g of grated cheese
  • 30g of butter
  • 160 g of strasbourg sausages
  • 4 left
Method · 25 min
  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk, butter and grated cheese over low heat.
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk the eggs with the flour, then add the sausages, previously cut into very small pieces. Stir in the Kiri cheese and mix again.
  3. Gently pour the contents of the saucepan while stirring. Divide the mixture into silicone molds and bake for approximately 15 minutes at 180°C (gas mark 6).
