Recipe for spaghetti with spicy Tuscan sausage
Ingredients · Servings 4
- 350 g of spaghetti
- 4 spicy Tuscan sausages, already grilled
- 400g of crushed ripe tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil + 1 drizzle
- salt & freshly ground pepper
Method · 30 min
- Cook the pasta "al dente" in a large volume of boiling salted water, with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Meanwhile, cut the sausages into pieces and put them in the bowl of a meat grinder. Grind until you get large sausage crumbs.
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a frying pan. Add the chopped sausages and brown lightly, stirring frequently.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and mix. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the previous mixture. Gently mix with two forks until the pasta is heated through and coated in sauce.
- Transfer to a preheated shallow dish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with a green salad.
