  • まいたけ 1パック(150g)
  • にんにく 1かけ
  • オリーブオイル 大さじ4
  • 唐辛子(輪切り) 小さじ1
  • ゆで汁 大さじ3
  • 塩 小さじ1/2

  1. まいたけは食べやすい大きさにほぐす。にんにくは薄切りにする。
  2. ベーコンは1cm幅に切る。
  3. 鍋に湯をわかし、塩(分量外:適量)、スパゲティを入れ、 袋の表示時間通りにゆで、水気を切る。ゆで汁を大さじ3取り分けておく。
  4. フライパンにオリーブオイル、にんにく、唐辛子を入れて弱火で熱し、香りが立ってきたらベーコンを加えてさっと炒める。
  5. まいたけを加えてしんなりとするまで中火で炒め、スパゲティ、ゆで汁、塩を加えて炒め合わせる。

procedure

  • 1. Break the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.
  • 2. Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
  • 3. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add salt (amount not specified: to taste), add the spaghetti, cook according to the package instructions, and drain. Reserve 3 tablespoons of the cooking water.
  • 4. Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili peppers in a frying pan over low heat. Once fragrant, add the bacon and sauté briefly.
  • 5. Add the maitake mushrooms and sauté over medium heat until softened, then add the spaghetti, pasta water, and salt and stir-fry together.
