How to Make Cheesy Eggs?

How to Make Cheesy Eggs?

For those looking for a warm and satisfying option for breakfast, cheesy eggs are a very easy alternative. The key to the recipe is combining the eggs and cheese at the right time. The type of cheese used can change both the texture and the aroma of the dish.

-

Prepare the Eggs: To make cheesy eggs, first crack the eggs into a bowl. Add a small amount of salt to taste. Whisk the eggs with a fork or whisk until the yolks and whites are completely combined. If you prefer a softer consistency, you can add a tablespoon of milk to the eggs. If the cheese you are using is salty, it's best to reduce the amount of salt you add to the eggs.

-

Adding Cheese Correctly: For cheese and eggs, you can use feta cheese, cheddar cheese, or cottage cheese. You can add feta cheese to the eggs by breaking it into small pieces. If using cheddar, adding it grated will help it melt more easily. Adjusting the amount of cheese according to the number of eggs will prevent the egg flavor from being completely lost. For a more intense cheese flavor, you can add some of the cheese during cooking and the rest at the final stage.

-

Cook the Egg Over Low Heat: Heat a teaspoon of butter or oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour the prepared egg and cheese mixture into the pan. Gently stir with a spatula when the bottom of the egg starts to cook slightly. A more controlled temperature is preferable, as using very high heat can cause the egg to harden quickly. Removing the pan from the heat just before the eggs completely solidify will give you a softer result.
