Pancakes in a bottle, you only need a small pan, 5 minutes and they're on the plate

A super breakfast or very little time.

Among the many culinary traditions of overseas, the fast-food culture, and so many foods that are high in calories and fat, I discovered pancakes for breakfast. They are incredibly easy to prepare and can be dressed up in a variety of ways, from diet-friendly to delicious and low-calorie.

They're super quick, super delicious, and we can fill them however we like, with any kind of cream, jam, peanut butter, or simply honey or maple syrup. We can also make the pancake batter directly in the bottle. Yes, you read right: a quick and easy recipe to make without butter.

The batter we prepare inside the bottle can also be adapted to crepe batter; in fact, we can use it to make pancakes or savory crepes. Preparation takes 10 minutes, as does cooking. It's very affordable, and the difficulty level is very simple.

Ingredients for four people

200 g of flour

An egg

5 g baking powder

250 ml of milk

50 g of sugar

Pancakes in a bottle, all you need is a small pan, 5 minutes and they're ready on the plate.

Get a plastic bottle for the preparation; these will be prepared inside the bottle. Make sure it's clean and dry. Use the funnel to pour in the ingredients, starting with the flour, which you should have sifted thoroughly, along with the yeast and sugar. Pour in the room-temperature milk, mind you, and the whole egg. As you can see, add all the ingredients together and then shake vigorously, closing the bottle tightly as if you were preparing a shaker.

How to make pancake batter in a bottle

After a few minutes, you'll see the ingredients blend together, but we'll continue until there are no more lumps. Obviously, as for cooking, we proceed as standard: take a nonstick pan and pour a knob of butter on the bottom, cook on one side for a few minutes, then continue on the other. Here they are, always ready and easy to use without having to prepare it from scratch every time. It can be easily stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
