Creamy spaghetti au Úblířskú is prepared with bacon, eggs, cheese and whipping cream. Thanks to the simple preparation and delicate sauce, you will create a quick and filling meal that tastes great as a hearty lunch or dinner.

Ingredients · Servings 4
  • 300 g spaghetti
  • 100 g parmesan (or other hard cheese)
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 150 g English bacon (or smoked bacon)
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • ground pepper
  • oil
Method · 35 min
  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package. Before draining, remove some of the cooking water. Then drain the spaghetti.
  2. Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl, add the whipping cream and grated cheese. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Cut the English bacon into small cubes.
  4. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and fry the bacon until golden brown.
  5. Add the hot spaghetti to the pan and mix it with the bacon.
  6. Pour the prepared sauce over the mixture and mix thoroughly. Do not cook the dish any longer so that the eggs do not lose their creamy consistency.
  7. If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the spaghetti cooking water.
  8. Serve the finished spaghetti immediately, sprinkled with grated cheese.
