Pancakes (simple, very good)

Pancakes (simple, very good)

Who doesn't love pancakes? The basic batter for fried thin pancakes consists of flour, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt. We take care to mix the ingredients so that we don't get surprised by lumps of flour. After frying, we fill them with our favorite jam.

Ingredients · Servings 20 pieces
  • 400 g semi-coarse flour
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • frying oil
Method · 45 min
  1. Mix all the ingredients together (preferably using a hand mixer) so that there are no lumps in the dough.
  2. Initially, we will make a thicker batter, which we will then dilute with the rest of the milk.
  3. After mixing, let the dough rest for at least 15 minutes.
  4. It is best to fry the pancakes in a non-stick pan coated with a drop of oil.
  5. Fill the finished pancakes with your favorite filling and serve.
