Baileys

Making homemade liqueurs in a variety of flavors is becoming more and more popular every year. You can make the liqueur for your own needs or give it as an edible gift. Try almond liqueur a la homemade Baileys.

Ingredients · Servings 1 liter
  • 1 Salko (condensed milk)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 almond pudding powders
  • 300 ml rum
  • almond aroma
Method · 2 h 25 min
  1. Boil a can of condensed milk slowly in water for about 2 hours until caramelized. Open once cooled.
  2. Meanwhile, cook a thick pudding from milk and two bags of pudding. Once ready, blend it together with the cooled condensed milk until smooth.
  3. Then add rum and a few drops of flavoring. Mix again.
  4. We fill the liqueur prepared in this way into bottles and store them in the refrigerator.
