Sea buckthorn

Bright orange sea buckthorn balls are packed with vitamin C, which our body needs especially during the winter sleet season. Preserve sea buckthorn in syrup or honey for this season using this simple recipe.

  • Sea buckthorn in sugar and honey:

  • fresh sea buckthorn berries

  1. Sea buckthorn in sugar and honey: In sugar: Some of the fruit is mashed and sprinkled with sugar along with the whole fruit, with the most sugar at the top of the glass.
  2. Just tie it with parchment or cellophane. It will last all year long. We use it in teas.
  3. Sea buckthorn in honey: Mix 1 part pressed sea buckthorn juice with three parts honey, mix carefully and store in a cool, dark place.
  4. We take 1 teaspoon of sea buckthorn in honey every day.
