Baked cauliflower with cottage cheese

Cauliflower can be prepared in many ways, the most popular being baked. Thanks to ham, eggs and cheese, it is full of protein and served with a vegetable salad is suitable as a light but still hearty dinner.

Ingredients · Servings 2
  • 150 g cauliflower
  • 100 g of good quality ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • salt
  • ground pepper
  • garlic to taste
  • butter for greasing baking dishes.
Method · 50 min
  1. Clean the raw cauliflower, wash it, separate it into florets and chop it finely. Chop the ham finely as well.
  2. Mix the cottage cheese with the beaten eggs and pour over the cauliflower and ham. Season with salt, pepper and garlic.
  3. Grease two small baking dishes (or one, appropriately large one) with butter and pour the mixture in. Cover and place in an oven preheated to 180 °C and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Then test whether the cauliflower is soft and bake until golden. We are guided by the experience of our own oven.
