  • 400 g of milk
  • 100 gr of fresh liquid cream
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 30 g of '00 flour
  • 20 g of potato starch

Begin by preparing the shortcrust pastry by whisking together the butter, sugar, and flavorings in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the sifted flour and baking powder. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about half an hour. Prepare the cream using the ingredients listed in the recipe, following the same procedure as the Sprint recipe pastry cream. Once ready, transfer it to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and immediately refrigerate for a few minutes. Butter and flour the pan. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and place it in the greased pan.
