Tomato tuna and shrimp pasta

Tomato tuna and shrimp pasta

Ingredients · Servings 5 annosta
  • 2prk tonnikalaa tomaattikastikkeessa
  • 1prk paseerattua tomaattia
  • 1prk ruokakermaa
  • Mustapippuria, paprikaa, yrttimausteita, yrttisuolaa, chiliä
  • 180g sulatettuja katkarapuja
  • Pappardelle tai tagliatellea
  • herneenversoja
  • Juustoa (itse suosin Grozetten Formaggio da pasta hienojakoista pastajuustoa)
Method · 15 min
  1. Anna pastaveden kiehua ja laita pappardellet tai tagliatellet kiehumaan (9-12min riippuen pastasta), sillä välin valmista kastike:
  3. Asettele lautaselle kasa pastaa, päälle reilulla kädellä kastiketta ja loppusilaukseksi juusto ja herneenversot.

Bring the pasta water to a boil and boil the pappardelle or tagliatelle (9-12 minutes depending on the pasta), in the meantime prepare the sauce:

Boil the tuna with the sauce and the pureed tomato in a saucepan or deep pot. Then add the cream and bring to the boil again, season to taste with black pepper, paprika, herbs, herb salt, chili. At the very end, add the thawed shrimp and let it heat up, but do not let it boil because the shrimp will become tough!

Place a pile of pasta on a plate, pour a generous amount of sauce on top, and top with cheese and pea shoots.
