Molded bun

Molded bun

A simple and soft dessert that you can make in no time. The combination of vanilla pudding, sugar and eggs creates the perfect base, which is perfectly complemented by the delicate taste of milk. Ideal with coffee or as a sweet snack for children.

Ingredients · Servings 1
  • 3 cups of semi-coarse flour
  • 1-2 cups sugar (to taste)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 pinch baking powder (or 2 teaspoons baking soda)
Method · 35 min
  1. Beat the sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and vanilla pudding until light and fluffy. Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
  2. Add the oil and gradually alternately add the flour mixed with baking powder (or soda) and milk.
  3. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 25 minutes until golden brown. Check for doneness with a skewer, which must come out dry when removed. Adjust the temperature and baking time to your oven.
