Pork neck from the oven

The neck is perfect for grilling, as it is well-developed, which ensures its juiciness. It also tastes great after baking in the oven. Season the slices of meat with garlic, ketchup and a spicy spice mixture. After baking, serve them with mashed potatoes and a vegetable salad.

Ingredients · Servings 5
  • 5 slices of pork neck
  • salt
  • 6-7 cloves of garlic
  • 2 onions
  • Marinade:
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons hot ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 50 ml of water
Method · 1 h 20 min
  1. Pound the meat and salt it on both sides. Rub it with garlic and place it in a baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with finely chopped onion.
  3. Mix the marinade ingredients well and pour evenly over the meat.
  4. Cover, place in a preheated oven and bake until tender. Bake the meat at 190 °C for about 60 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable salad.
