Turkey breast in yogurt

A lighter version of turkey meat, suitable for summer barbecues. If you need to lose a few pounds or if you are watching the quality and nutritional value of your food, you can safely try putting a slice of poultry marinated in a yogurt mixture on the grill.

Ingredients · Servings 1
  • 150 g turkey breast
  • 60 g plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Mediterranean herb mix (oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme)
Method · 25 min
  1. Peel and crush a clove of garlic. Lightly break a portion of meat into slices, mix yogurt with mustard or crushed garlic and herbs.
  2. Coat the meat in this yogurt marinade and let it sit for at least an hour (it can also be left in the refrigerator overnight).
  3. We bake the marinated meat on a Teflon pan or on the grill, it is also delicious baked in the oven.
  4. Serve as lunch or dinner, with coleslaw or other vegetable side dish. For maintenance, add potatoes or whole-grain bread.
