Sausage in puff pastry

Are you having guests over and want to offer them a quick hot dinner or a snack for later? Try puff pastry sausages. They are easy, filling, look beautiful and taste great.

Ingredients · Servings 8 pieces
  • 1 package of puff pastry (Pasta Sfoglia 275 g)
  • 8 Vienna sausages
  • butter
Method · 30 min
  1. Unroll the puff pastry, brush lightly with melted butter and cut into 8 squares.
  2. Place one sausage diagonally on each piece and fold the loose corners over each other. Brush the contact surfaces of the corners with water to ensure a better connection.
  3. Place the wraps on baking paper on a baking sheet and brush the surface with butter again.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 °C until golden brown.
