Spicy crackling spread

Spicy crackling spread

A spread for lovers of hot and spicy dinners or snacks. It will taste good on bread or a healthier roll. Cracklings with lard will provide the right consistency and goat horns will provide the right crunch.

Ingredients · Servings 1 dose
  • 150 g of cracklings
  • 1 tablespoon lard
  • 2 tablespoons Ljutěnice (can be omitted)
  • 2 tablespoons Harissa (to taste)
  • 3 sterilized bell peppers
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt
Method · 10 min
  1. Peel the eggs, onion and garlic. Cut all the ingredients for the spread into smaller pieces so that they can be blended more easily.
  2. Place the greaves in a blender along with lard, goat horns, cucumber, garlic, onion, and hard-boiled egg and blend to the desired consistency.
  3. Season with salt, or add Harissa after tasting if you want a really spicy spread.
  4. Serve with pastries.
