BigMac ( Hamburger )

BigMac ( Hamburger )

You can easily prepare a snack from the famous fast food chain at home. This piece of hamburger will be a little taller than the usual ones. We'll put two meat patties inside and the middle layer will be the other half of the bun.

Ingredients · Servings 1
  • 1.5 sesame hamburger buns
  • 110 g minced beef
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/4 finely chopped onion
  • chopped lettuce (as needed)
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 2-3 slices of cucumber
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 sterilized onion
  • 1 sterilized cucumber
  • French dressing
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • French dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried paprika
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (or lemon juice)
Method · 30 min
  1. Divide the minced meat into two patties weighing 55 grams. Spread them on baking paper and make two thin circles, about 0.5 cm high. Cover them again with baking paper and put them in the freezer to freeze. Then put them on a hot frying pan and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the French dressing from the ingredients. Cut one sesame bun lengthwise and use only the bottom part of the other, cut in the same way. You can dry-fry them in a pan before serving.
  3. Remove the frozen meat from the freezer and place it on a hot pan. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. On the prepared bottom bun, add the sauce, finely chopped onion, chopped lettuce, a slice of cheese, one meat patty, another bottom bun, lettuce, cucumber, the second meat patty, and the top bun.
