Casserole with vegetables, cheese, and ground turkey

Casserole with vegetables, cheese, and ground turkey

A quick and tasty dish made with fresh vegetables. The casserole turned out delicious—a juicy filling under a cheesy crust. It's filling enough to be served as a standalone dish.

To prepare a casserole with vegetables, cheese, and ground turkey, you need to prepare the ingredients according to the list right away.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry finely chopped onion and garlic cloves.

Grate the carrots coarsely and add to the onion. Cook for 3-4 minutes until soft.

Add some of the mixture to the minced meat, beat in the egg, add salt to taste and mix.

Grate the zucchini on a fine grater.

Combine zucchini with carrots and onions.

Grease a baking dish with olive oil and add some of the vegetable mixture.

Place the minced meat.

Place the remaining vegetable mixture on top.

Combine sour cream with tomato paste and pour into the mold.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese 5 minutes before done.

The casserole with vegetables, cheese, and ground turkey is ready. Enjoy!
