Flourless banana pancakes

Flourless banana pancakes

Banana pancakes are easy to prepare and suitable even for those who can't eat flour. We make the batter for banana pancakes from mashed bananas and eggs. This duo is perfectly complemented by ground cinnamon. After frying, we can add yogurt, for example.

Ingredients · Servings 1
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 eggs
  • ground cinnamon (to taste)
  • frying oil
  • To finish (to taste):
  • plain yogurt
  • fresh fruit
  • nuts
  • peanut butter
Method · 20 min
  1. Peel the banana and mash it thoroughly with a fork in a bowl. Add the egg and cinnamon. Mix well.
  2. In a frying pan, heat the oil and form small pancakes. Fry each pancake until golden brown on both sides.
  3. You can add plain yogurt, fresh fruit, nuts, or spread peanut butter on the finished pancakes. Alternatively, you can decorate them as you like.
