  • 300 g pork (for example pork legs)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 1 tablespoon plain flour
  • 1-2 tablespoons oil
  • butter (as needed)
  • broth (as needed)
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • chopped fresh parsley

  1. Cut the meat into strips, season with salt and pepper, add dried garlic, plain flour and mix. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the peeled garlic into thin slices.
  2. Fry the meat in hot oil until golden brown.
  3. Then take it out, add a piece of butter and finely chopped onion to the pan, and sauté until golden brown.
