Pancakes

Pancakes

Ingredients · Servings 3-4 people
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • About 100 ml of sparkling water (it will make our pancakes crispier)
  • Half a teaspoon of baking powder
  • A spoonful of oil
  • Sun
  • Butter, margarine or oil for frying
Method · 15 min
  1. Mix milk, flour, egg, baking powder, salt, a tablespoon of oil, and water until smooth. Set the batter aside for about 20 minutes. If it seems too thick after this time, gradually add a little sparkling water and mix again.
  2. The key to successful pancakes is a good, non-stick pan, which must be well heated. Pour the batter onto it (mine is the size of a small soup ladle, or about 50 ml). Before frying, you can grease the pan with a little oil (if you want even crispier pancakes), but this isn't necessary since we've added oil to the batter.
  3. They taste best with your favorite jam and fruit. Enjoy!
