Get the pot ready and add the ingredients as they are processed (If you want, you can bring the water to a boil at this point, but I like to do it this way). Also, put the cream jar on the table so that it is not so cold when you add it.
Peel and chop the onions and sweet potatoes, the pieces don't have to be very small, so you can cut the onion into quarters, for example. Wash and chop the peppers and chili. Peel and crush the garlic and wash and peel a 1x1cm piece of ginger. Add the crown mixture and pour water into the pot so that the vegetables are just covered.
Bring the pot to a boil and add the vegetable stock cube. Split the avocados, scoop the insides out onto a plate with a spoon. Add the spices and simmer until the ingredients are soft. Add the avocado a moment before removing the pot from the stove. Pour off most of the water. (Leave a maximum of one centimeter of water at the bottom). I personally find it a good measure to tilt the pot when pouring out the water, so that the water is no longer visible under the vegetables.
Add the cream and mash with a pestle. If the puree seems too thick for your taste, add either cream or boiling water to taste.
Use a sieve to pass the puree through to make it velvety smooth. (Place the sieve over a heatproof bowl and pour the puree into it. Swirl the spoon around in the sieve to make the puree go through faster.)
Add cottage cheese and seeds. I have personally found a bag of ready-made salad seed mix to be the best for this. If you want, you can toast the seeds in a pan while waiting for the vegetables to boil, which will give them a nutty flavor. Country baguette is also really good with this.
