Meat and bacon rolls stuffed with ricotta and spinach

  • 300 g Spinach
  • 200 g of stretched bacon
  • Beef slices
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Honey

Heat two tablespoons of oil with a clove of garlic in a pan and cook the spinach for 15 minutes with the lid on.

Let the spinach cool and mix it with the ricotta together with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Spread three tablespoons of ricotta and spinach over the beef slice.

Roll the slice up on itself, then wrap it in the bacon.

Grease a baking dish and place the rolls in it, then bake at 200°C for 20/30 minutes (turning the rolls halfway through cooking and brushing the surface with honey).

Serve!
