Thin tart with mushrooms and Comté cheese

- 1 Puff pastry
- 500g Button Mushrooms
- 120g grated Comté cheese
- 1 Shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- A few sprigs of parsley

Method · 50 min
- Clean them and then cut them into thin strips.
- Sauté the shallot in olive oil. Add the mushrooms and cook until all their liquid has evaporated. Stir in the garlic and parsley.
- Unroll the dough onto a baking sheet, spread out the mushrooms and then sprinkle generously with grated Comté cheese.
- Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
- Serve hot with a salad of lamb's lettuce or rocket.
