Pumpkin scones with mustard, bresaola, pear and dried figs

Quick and easy scones are perfect for entertaining unexpected guests, for parties, or when you need something fast. Since the dough doesn't need to rise, they're freshly baked and ready to serve in just 20 minutes. You usually have the ingredients on hand, and you can also create your own toppings to suit your taste.

Ingredients
  • 80 g Mustard
  • 1 pear
  • 4 dried figs
  • 300 g Bresaola (Italian beef ham, alternatively raw smoked ham)
Method
  1. Halve the scones and spread mustard on the cut surfaces.
  2. Place the bresaola loosely and airily onto the halves.
  3. Cut the pears and figs into thin strips and place them on top of the bresaola.

Preparation time: 30 minutes. Ingredients: Serves 4 to 6 people.
