The Estrella Damm Culinary Journey arrives in Chile

Estrella Damm presents the Culinary Journey in Chile, a gastronomic experience that has already toured Miami, Barcelona, Madrid, and Lisbon.

Culinary Journey also aims to promote the decentralization of the country's culinary scene, supporting chefs located outside of Santiago, in different regions of the country, through this partnership. You can find the list of participating restaurants on the Culinary Journey website.

Among the options available to Chileans are the tiradito of fish, scallops, and sea urchins at La Mesa restaurant in Santiago; the octopus marinated in an oriental sauce with ceviche-style salad at Estragón restaurant in Puerto Varas (in southern Chile); and the rice croquettes with Serrano ham sofrito at Uro Bistro. Each dish is served with a draft beer or a bottle of beer.
