Barbecued rabbit meat

- 1 package of rabbit medallions
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 clove of garlic

Elaboration
- Prepare the tomato puree. Wash the tomatoes, remove the green parts, and chop them. Blend the tomatoes with a clove of garlic in a blender, covering them with olive oil.
- Season the rabbit medallions with salt and pepper. Pour the tomato puree over them and massage the meat with your hands. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Grill the rabbit medallions on the barbecue for 10-15 minutes on each side until toasted.
