Barbecued rabbit meat

Barbecued rabbit meat

Rabbit meat is a high-quality, versatile, and very easy-to-cook product. The simplest grilled rabbit recipe is as quick as seasoning the rabbit with salt and pepper and drizzling it with a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil, and your favorite spices, in which it will marinate while the coals are being prepared.

From here the variables are almost endless with countless traditional and innovative marinades that will add nuances and make the meat even tastier.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of rabbit medallions
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Shall
  • Pepper

Elaboration

  • Prepare the tomato puree. Wash the tomatoes, remove the green parts, and chop them. Blend the tomatoes with a clove of garlic in a blender, covering them with olive oil.
  • Season the rabbit medallions with salt and pepper. Pour the tomato puree over them and massage the meat with your hands. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Grill the rabbit medallions on the barbecue for 10-15 minutes on each side until toasted.
