A crowd of faithful fans awaited the opening of the highly anticipated second location of Mr. Fries Man, the California restaurant specializing in loaded French fries.

The Highly Anticipated Second Location for Mr. Fries Man Brings Long Lines to Flamingo Road

The closest location to the Las Vegas Strip offers giant platters of fries topped with chicken, shrimp, steak, bacon, chili, crab, and plant-based meat.

The newest location on Flamingo Road compliments the first that opened in North Las Vegas earlier this year and quickly ran out of ingredients on opening day. The new Flamingo Road locations sits less than two miles from the Strip.

Launched as an L.A. food cart and growing to 21 franchise expansions within five years, the simple menu serves up a mountain of fries topped with options of chicken, shrimp, steak, bacon, chili, crab, and plant-based meat, plus a collection of sauces, including sweet barbecue, hot Buffalo, lemon garlic, mango habanero, and the house “Smack” and “Hello” recipes.

The newest Mr. Fries Man sits inside a former 1,350-square-foot Subway store at the Flamingo Market Place, a short distance from the intersection with Cambridge Street.

Mr. Fries Man, 1040 E. Flamingo Road. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
