  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • sea salt (, to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped pitted mixed olives
Method · 15 min
  1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Add the chili flakes, dried oregano, garlic powder, and sea salt.
  3. Mix well, then stir in the grated Parmesan and chopped olives.
  4. Let the dip rest at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
