Easy recipes for the weekly menu from June 8th to 12th

Easy recipes for the weekly menu from June 8th to 12th

After a week's break, we'll be back to our routines, and with that comes the familiar question: "What will I eat today?" We know it's exhausting, and since we understand that planning each day's menu can be tedious, as always, we're bringing you some recipes you can prepare between Monday and Friday, full of flavor and enough nutrients to help you finish another successful week.

In addition, we have other menus so you can experiment with different dishes and have many more food options. We hope that, among all the dishes, you can choose the one you like best. Below, we offer lunch and dinner options for the weekly menu from June 8th to 12th.

Recipes for Monday, June 8th

Lunch: We start the week with an artichoke lasagna, a different way to eat the vegetable and that emulates the Venezuelan pasticho or the chard lasagna.

Imagine the fusion of flavors between the layers of pasta, the artichoke, the béchamel sauce, the ham, and the Parmesan cheese. A true delight!

Dinner: To end the day you can prepare a garlic salmon in the air fryer, with common ingredients that you have.

The Airfryer technique provides even and healthy cooking, preserving the juiciness of the salmon, while the garlic adds a Mediterranean touch that takes the dish to another level.

Recipes for Tuesday, June 9th

Lunch: For today, we will make some delicious chicken thighs with ginger and honey, a delicious and very tasty recipe to prepare.

With just a few ingredients you'll have a spectacular lunch that you can accompany with a delicious garlic rice or rice with vegetables.

Dinner: After that delicious lunch, we can end our day with a vegetable wrap with pesto.

To make this vegetable wrap with pesto, you'll need a mix of your favorite vegetables, such as carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. In addition, for this classic sauce, you'll need basil leaves, pine nuts, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and salt.

Recipes for Wednesday, June 10th

Lunch: We've reached the middle of the week, and what we want most is a delicious yet practical meal. That's why there's nothing simpler than making rice—but not just any rice, a beef risotto. This delicious dish, which I'm sure you'll love, can be made in two ways: one is by cooking the rice with chunks of beef, or the other is by chopping the beef into small pieces so you can savor its flavor in every bite.

Dinner: We end the day with an Asian chicken soup, a culinary delight that combines exotic and comforting flavors.

This recipe takes you beyond conventional soups, with a perfect blend of fresh seasonal vegetables and tender chicken, all enhanced by a unique selection of Asian spices.

Recipes for Thursday, June 11th

Lunch: The week is almost over and there's nothing like a delicious roast pork, a creamy recipe with a special spicy touch for lunch.

This pork roast is made by sautéing the meat and then cooking it in a sauce of cascabel and árbol chili peppers that will give it a good spiciness that you can enjoy without problems.

Dinner: If you like salads other than the traditional lettuce, tomato and onion salads, such as one with seafood, you can prepare a delicious shrimp salad.

Shrimp, also known as prawns, are a food rich in minerals (phosphorus, iron, calcium), protein, and vitamins. They can be eaten cold and go well with almost any salad dressing.

Recipes for Friday, June 12th

Lunch: To end the week, I recommend this lunch packed with nutrients: lentil meatballs, a fabulous option, one of the best quality plant-based proteins, rich in fiber.

This delicious dish can be served with a plate of pesto pasta or white rice.

Dinner: A spectacular option is definitely a BBQ pulled chicken sandwich.

Pulled pork is an American cooking style where pork is cooked until the meat is super soft and tender; this time we'll replace the pork with chicken.

Drinks to accompany your week

Venezuelan green mango carato, a typical drink from the Caribbean country made with an exotic fruit that also provides vitamins C and A. Serve it with plenty of ice and mint.

Rebujito, a Spanish drink typical of Andalusia, is sure to delight you. Although it contains alcohol, it's mixed with lime soda, which enhances the flavors and provides a delicious refreshing taste. It's perfect to accompany lunch, but be careful not to overdo it!

One of our favorite drinks for a delicious Friday is raspberry lemonade, which contains beer but we can prepare it at home and it's spectacular.

Finally, iced pineapple tea, lemon granita, or lemonade are three refreshing options that go well with any meal and will add a citrus touch.
