Ingredients · Servings 4
  • 300 g spaghetti
  • 300 g ground beef (or half beef, half pork)
  • 1 carrot
  • 0,5 courgette
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 ui
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 700 ml puree
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil
Method · 30 min
  1. Fry the minced meat in a casserole until crumbly and brown.
  2. Peel and chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Add this to the minced meat and fry together.
  3. Wash the carrot, bell pepper, and zucchini and cut them into small cubes. Add this to the minced meat and fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the passata and season the bolognese sauce with pepper, salt, and oregano. Let the pasta sauce simmer for 10 minutes. The longer it simmers, the tastier it becomes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Set aside a cup of the cooking water and drain the spaghetti. Mix the spaghetti with the bolognese sauce. Add a small splash of cooking water if the sauce is too thick.
  6. Serve your pasta bolognese with Parmesan cheese and optionally some fresh basil.
