  • During the first week, 100 ml per day is enough to give the body a chance to get used to the drink;
  • It is best to drink kombucha 30-40 minutes after a meal, as it has a fairly high acidity and the drink can irritate the lining of an empty stomach;
  • The nutritionist recommends using a straw - the problem is again the acidity, which can damage tooth enamel;
