  • Cherry tomatoes Piccadilly 3 ½ cups
  • Caper berries to taste
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Basil to taste
  • Lemon peel to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil 1 spoonful
  • Fine salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

  1. To prepare the basil-marinated cherry tomatoes, cut the tomatoes in half 1 and place them in a bowl, then season with salt 2 and pepper 3.
