I make this just like grandma's, in the morning it disappears in a flash

I found the perfect breakfast in an old grandmother's recipe, one of those desserts that can always put you in a good mood in the morning!

For a long time now, I had been searching for a dessert that would truly satisfy my family, until I found my grandmother's old recipe book. Then, the answer came immediately, like a wish come true.

It's no coincidence that I immediately rolled up my sleeves to try my hand at making this incredible dessert that I used to eat all the time when I was just a child, only to discover that my children already love it too.

Recipe for the perfect breakfast dessert, just as good as grandma used to make.

Yes, dusting off one of grandma's old recipes was a really great idea, as my kids immediately appreciated how delicious it was after their first bite. Plus, it's a really simple recipe to follow, and I'm sure you already have all the ingredients at home. Here's the list of ingredients we'll need for our breakfast dessert:

350 grams of flour, 100 grams of unsweetened cocoa, 250 grams of sugar, 4 eggs, a glass of milk, a glass of seeds, a sachet of baking powder, a pinch of salt.

Let's prepare a delicious breakfast dessert together

Let's begin preparing our dessert by beating the eggs with the sugar, then adding the milk and seed oil. We do this using an electric mixer to speed up the process. Then, gradually fold in the flour, continuing to mix throughout with the mixer until the dough is smooth and compact. To make this easier, we can use a fine-mesh sieve. We also do the same for the baking powder, which we add now along with a pinch of salt.

We place more than half of the batter into the bundt pan, which must have been previously greased and floured. We enrich the remaining batter with chocolate and pour it into the same pan, then use a fork to make circular movements to incorporate the batter and ensure it becomes marbled during baking.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes. After the required time, check the cake's doneness by using a piece of spaghetti to ensure it's cooked through. Let it cool completely and serve for breakfast.
