Gin 1689 heads to BCB with Anker Spirits
Dutch brand Gin 1689 has partnered with distributor Anker Amsterdam Spirits to showcase its portfolio at Bar Convent Berlin (BCB) next week.
“With Anker Spirits’ strong sales force and extensive network across key markets, we are excited to introduce visitors to our latest innovation and demonstrate the versatility of the entire Gin 1689 portfolio.”
The Amsterdam Craft Gin Company-owned gin brand will join Anker Spirits at Stand 20B21 in Hall 20 from 12 to 14 October at Messe Berlin, Germany.
The collaboration is said to highlight the strengthening partnership between the two Amsterdam-based companies, with Anker Spirits distributing Gin 1689 in various European markets, including the Netherlands and Germany.
The brand’s presence at the trade show will focus on its latest release, Orange Gin.
Visitors can explore the full collection, including 1689 Dutch Dry Gin and Pink Gin. The full range is available in 50ml, 500ml, and 700ml bottle formats for off-trade, travel retail, and on-trade.
“Working together with our partner Anker Spirits at BCB gives us an excellent opportunity to showcase the new 1689 Dutch Orange Gin to the European trade,” said Alexander Janssens, founder of Gin 1689.
“With Anker Spirits’ strong sales force and extensive network across key markets, we are excited to introduce visitors to our latest innovation and demonstrate the versatility of the entire Gin 1689 portfolio.”
Last month, Gin 1689 became available in China through Alibaba Group’s e-commerce platform, Tmall.
