With the Nutella left at the bottom of the jar, you can make your child's favorite breakfast—mine devours it!

With the Nutella left at the bottom of the jar, you can make your child's favorite breakfast—mine devours it!

The Nutella stuck to the sides of the jar is what you need to make this incredibly soft dessert, all with the recipe I'm about to share. Here's what you'll need.

A few days ago, I was looking for a dessert I could make for a snack, but one that I could use whatever I had in the pantry... even the leftover Nutella I'd bought a few weeks ago. Then inspiration struck, and it transformed into a perfect masterpiece, which I shared with my husband when he got home from work.

This dessert is a real treat and has turned our afternoon snack into an unmissable event, but he now even takes it to work so he can indulge in a super delicious snack. Take notes on this fantastic recipe.

Ingredients for a quick and very soft Nutella plum cake

The recipe I'm about to share is for a plum cake that can be made with Nutella, making this snack even more delicious, delicious, and irresistible. The recipe is incredibly simple to follow and requires only the following ingredients:

350 grams of flour, 250 grams of sugar, 3 eggs, 100 ml of milk, a glass of seed oil, 100 grams of Nutella for filling the inside, Nutella to taste for decoration, walnuts to taste, a sachet of baking powder, a pinch of salt.

Let's prepare the Nutella plum cake for a snack

We can make the cake using an electric whisk, a stand mixer, or even a hand whisk, depending on what we have at home. Pour the contents of the three eggs into a bowl, then beat them with the sugar and seed oil. Mixing them together will create a white and frothy batter, which should be thinned with milk before moving on to the next step.

At this point, gradually add the flour, thoroughly sifted with the baking powder, to avoid lumps. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) in fan-assisted mode. Meanwhile, divide the dough into two portions, one of which will be drizzled with Nutella. Take a plumcake mold, grease it, and flour it thoroughly, pouring both mixtures in as if making a decoration.

Now bake the cake at 180 degrees Celsius for at least 35 minutes. Check the cake's doneness with a spatula; if the batter doesn't stick, it's perfectly cooked. Let it cool completely and finish the cake by covering the top with Nutella, adding peanuts if you like... Your snack is ready!
