I made peanut butter cookies with only 3 ingredients, once you try them you will always want more, they are addictive

You can make peanut butter cookies with just 3 ingredients, and they're so good they won't last more than a day, so you might want to make a double batch.

Today we want to share with you the recipe for butter cookies that you can make at home with just 3 ingredients. They are very famous in the United States of America, but nowadays almost everyone makes them.

For those who try them, they simply can't bring themselves to make a single batch; they eat one cookie after another and disappear from the plate. They can be enjoyed any time of day, for breakfast, as a snack, or even after dinner when you're craving something to munch on. Let's take a look at the quick recipe!

3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies That Will Disappear in Less Than a Minute

Peanut butter is a popular product in America, less so in Italy, but it's easily found on supermarket shelves and has become a popular choice in our country as well. Some people love spreading butter on bread or toast for breakfast. The recipe we're suggesting is easy to make; you only need three ingredients: sugar, butter, and eggs. It can be stored in an airtight container for several days. Let's take a look at the quick recipe!

  • 1 egg
  • 250 g peanut butter (200 g peanut butter
  • 50 g butter)
  • 150 g brown sugar

3-ingredient peanut butter cookie recipe

To make these cookies, start by placing the egg in a bowl and beating it lightly with a fork. Then add the brown sugar and peanut butter. To mix these ingredients well, you can use a whisk.

We only need to stop when we have a firm batter, from which we can make biscuits. We separate pieces of dough from the dough and gradually place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Flatten each ball a little and decorate the surface with the prongs of a fork. Once finished, bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes.

Once cooked, we can turn off the oven, let the biscuits cool on a rack and then enjoy them.

Have a good break!
