I decided to start a new day with a dessert that had a truly incredible flavor, like the recipe I'm suggesting to you, which features peanut butter.
This is a dessert that can be easily made and requires little preparation time, ready in just a few minutes and when served for breakfast it always gets everyone's approval.
Let's make peanut butter cake together
The dessert I'm about to suggest today is also perfect for those following a weight-loss diet, so everyone can enjoy a delicious treat for any occasion. The only ingredients we'll need to make this dessert are:
- 200g flour
- 150g peanut butter
- 100g olive oil
- 50g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons honey
Let's prepare the desserts to serve for breakfast together
We began preparing our dessert by taking two eggs and whisking them together with the sugar and two tablespoons of honey. At this stage of the mixture, we also added the olive oil and then the peanut butter.
We continue preparing the cake in question by adding the flour to the dough, always adding it a little at a time to avoid lumps forming. Once the dough is ready, you should have a thick batter that can be transferred to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Finally, all that's left to do is bake our breakfast dessert in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for at least 35 minutes. After this time, we always flip the spaghetti over to check that it's cooked through, and serve it for breakfast after letting it cool slightly.
