The nothing cake, I don't put anything in the dough, just 3 ingredients and it's ready, only 70 kcal

Craving something sweet without regrets, this is the right answer: with 3 ingredients you can prepare a healthy, genuine and natural cake.

It doesn't matter if we're on a diet or not, because any occasion is a good one to enjoy a delicious cake without regrets. In this case, all we need are three ingredients and a hand whisk to work magic.

A simple yet pure, very natural dessert to be enjoyed at any time of day, not just for breakfast, also because each slice contains only 70 calories.

The cake is nothing, I don't put anything in it and there's no oven, the air fryer is enough

Before we get to the actual baking of this three-ingredient nothing cake, here's a tip. If you don't want to use the oven, you can also use this crust in the air fryer. Find a pan that's the right size to fit it, and then set it to 160°C (320°F) for 30 minutes. The result is spectacular.

Ingredients: 4 large eggs 420 g Greek yogurt 50 g cornstarch.

Step-by-step preparation of a light cake in an air fryer

Open the Greek yogurt container and pour it into a bowl. Then add the first egg and begin mixing with a hand whisk. Once it's fully incorporated, move on to the next egg and continue mixing until the fourth egg is incorporated. The final result should be a smooth, fluid mixture. Sift the cornstarch well into the bowl as well. Then, whisk again until everything is combined. The only important thing is to avoid lumps, so mix until smooth. We purposely chose the light version, so there's not a single gram of sugar or sweetener. If necessary, you can add a teaspoon of stevia or erythritol, which won't make the mixture too heavy.

The 3-ingredient cake base is ready, light and nutritious at the same time. Line the base of a 24 cm round cake pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Lightly tap the bottom of the pan to level the batter. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) and then place the pan on the center rack. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 20 to 35 minutes at most. Always test with a toothpick to see if it's cooked through. Our light and nutritious cake is ready. Remove it from the oven and let it cool completely before unmolding and serving. It can be easily stored in the refrigerator for at least 3 days, since it contains the eggs and yogurt, covered with plastic wrap.
