Marbled Nutella and cream bundt cake, a breakfast bomb!
My friend suggested the Nutella and cream marbled bundt cake recipe, and I've been unable to make it since. The cake keeps well under a glass dome for a couple of days; in my house, it doesn't last more than a day.
3 eggs
120 g of granulated sugar
300 g of flour
80 ml of sunflower seed oil
125 ml whipping cream

To prepare this dessert, place the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat well with an electric whisk for a couple of minutes, until the mixture is smooth, light and fluffy.
Add the sifted flour by spoonfuls and gently fold it into the mixture, then add the cream and sunflower oil. Continue mixing well, then add the baking powder.
Once the dough is ready, we can transfer it to the greased cake pan, then add the Nutella and, using a fork, make circular movements to create a variegated donut.
We can bake in a hot oven at 180°C and leave to cook for 35 – 40 minutes, turning off once cooked, but only after having done the toothpick test.
Once the cake has cooled completely, remove it from the pan and place it on a serving plate. If you prefer, you can add some icing sugar.
Enjoy your break or breakfast!
