Recipe for spaghetti with spicy Tuscan sausage

Recipe for spaghetti with spicy Tuscan sausage

Ingredients · Servings 4
  • 350 g of spaghetti
  • 4 spicy Tuscan sausages, already grilled
  • 400g of crushed ripe tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil + 1 drizzle
  • salt & freshly ground pepper
Method · 30 min
  1. Cook the pasta "al dente" in a large volume of boiling salted water, with a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the sausages into pieces and put them in the bowl of a meat grinder. Grind until you get large sausage crumbs.
  3. Heat the olive oil and butter in a frying pan. Add the chopped sausages and brown lightly, stirring frequently.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and mix. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Drain the pasta and add it to the previous mixture. Gently mix with two forks until the pasta is heated through and coated in sauce.
  6. Transfer to a preheated shallow dish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with a green salad.
