I prepare everything with 3 eggs and some cheese, together with a beer it's the best!

This evening I had to reinvent myself for dinner, so I grabbed what I found in the fridge: three eggs and some cheese. I prepared everything in a few minutes and then enjoyed the result with a good beer.

Despite the improvisation, I still found the perfect recipe, which allowed me to make the dinner unforgettable. I treated myself to one of my favorite dishes, and honestly, it was a real treat.

As I was saying, I used just a few ingredients, basically what I already had at home, so I didn't have to go out to do the shopping. Nothing better than a relaxing Saturday evening, staying in the comfort of my own home.

All you need is three eggs and some cheese: you absolutely have to try this recipe.

This dish is a quick and easy solution for those who want something tasty but don't feel like going out on a Saturday night. It's also a great appetizer or a home-cooked aperitif. All you need are: Two spring onions, 250g stretched curd cheese, Three eggs, Two tablespoons of flour, Salt, Oil.

Here's how to prepare the perfect meal for dinner

Preparing our "dinner saver" dish is incredibly simple. Take a large bowl and pour in the contents of the three eggs. Lightly beat them with a pinch of salt, then add two tablespoons of well-sifted flour. When the mixture is creamy, we're ready for the next step.

Pour the mixture into a preheated nonstick pan and cook the frittata on both sides. When there are a few minutes left to cook, when the top is still slightly soft, add the diced cheese and let it melt completely.

In a way, it's like making an "omelette pizza." Take it off the heat and serve it immediately: you'll see, with a good beer, it will be the highlight of the evening. You'll treat yourself to something good, delicious, prepared with minimal effort but with maximum flavor.
