The super delicious dessert for the holidays

White nougat tiramisu is an even more indulgent version of the classic dessert. Perfect for serving individually during the holidays. A must-try.

Let's look at the ingredients and steps to prepare this dessert.

Preparation time: 15′ Cooking time: –′.

INGREDIENTS: Serves 6-8

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 120 g of sugar
  • 500 gr of Mascarpone
  • 3 Album
  • 500g of Savoiardi biscuits
  • Coffee to taste
  • Bitter Cocoa Powder
  • 250g of crumbly white or chocolate nougat

White nougat tiramisu, preparation

To make this recipe, start with the cream. To do this, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they double in volume and become light and fluffy. Add the mascarpone to the mixture, stirring gently until all the ingredients are combined. Then, beat the egg whites until stiff with an electric whisk.

Then, fold them into the egg, sugar, and mascarpone mixture, stirring from the bottom up to avoid deflating the mixture. Now that the cream is ready, take the nougat and crumble it—preferably in a ziplock bag—and then simply beat it with a rolling pin until it's finely chopped.

At this point, all that's left to do is assemble the tiramisu, whether it's a single portion or a single serving. The process is always the same: on the bottom, place the ladyfingers soaked in coffee, a little mascarpone cream, and crumbled nougat, then add more ladyfingers, finishing with the mascarpone cream and a sprinkle of crumbled nougat. Continue until all the ingredients are used up, and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours before serving.
